We're excited to share the launch of APANO Good Growth, a new initiative and digital hub that brings together APANO’s Workforce and Contractor Development Programs in one place.
At its core, Good Growth reflects APANO’s commitment to community-centered workforce pathways, contractor development, and green career opportunities. Through these programs, we support small businesses and workers while helping build healthier, more resilient local economies.
To make this work more visible and accessible, we’ve launched two new platforms designed to increase transparency, storytelling, and engagement.
APANO Good Growth serves as a centralized resource for learning about our workforce and contractor development programs, community impact, and partnerships. Explore how Good Growth connects people to training, career pathways, and contracting opportunities that create lasting benefits for workers and communities.
Subscribe to our Good Growth YouTube Channel, a new multilingual channel featuring easy-to-follow DIY videos on topics like weatherization and energy efficiency. Upcoming videos will cover tree planting and care, careers in construction, early childhood education, and more! To ensure accessibility for the communities we serve, content is available in four languages: English, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Thai.
